What we collect

During Early Preview, the launch-list form collects an adult visitor’s name, email address, consent timestamp, and optional story interest. It does not collect child information or payment details.

We collect an adult buyer’s contact details, relationship and permission attestation, and the minimum child details needed to personalize one story. A child photo is not required or accepted in the current flow.

How we use it

Launch-list details are used to send launch updates and understand which story adventures interest visitors. You may unsubscribe or ask us to delete the entry at any time.

We use the information only to prepare, review, support, and deliver the purchased story, prevent fraud, and maintain necessary transaction records. We do not sell child information.

Access and retention

Buyer links are private credentials. Internal access is restricted to approved operators. Unpaid draft links expire after 30 days. Fulfilled orders retain the minimum records needed for support, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations; child personalization data should be removed when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

Contact privacy@heirlytales.com to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional profile consent. Some payment records must be retained.

Security

Files are kept in private storage and are retrieved through private order access. Do not forward private order links.
