Current product

Heirly Tales is currently in Early Preview. Visitors may explore story samples and join the launch list, but personalized ordering and payment are not publicly available. The planned launch product is a personalized 12-spread digital Keepsake PDF. Softcover and hardcover editions are future offerings.

Timing and approval

We aim to deliver within seven calendar days of verified payment. The buyer receives a proof and may approve it or request one focused correction. Buyer response time may extend delivery.

What personalization means

Characters are artistically inspired by the attributes provided; they are not exact portraits. Final creative choices must remain suitable for children ages 1–10.

Delivery

Delivery means the QA-approved final PDF is available through the buyer’s private order page. Buyers should save a personal copy and must not share private access links publicly.

Refunds and corrections

Production defects will be corrected without charge. Refund eligibility depends on how much custom work has been completed and whether the proof was approved. Duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases, or missed commitments receive prompt review. Contact hello@heirlytales.com.
